Justin Hobday Bio
Justin joined Carmichael Fisher as Partner having previously spent 15 years establishing, developing and leading the executive search practice for a large, international recruitment business. Since then, he has seen the US business grow across multiple locations, with a diverse team of international search professionals operating with the personal energy of a boutique, instilled with the values of collaboration, persistence and individuality and dedicated to providing a personalised service.
Justin’s experience spans large swathes of the globe and covers multiple sectors. He personally leads some of the firm’s most senior mandates and also leads hand-picked teams on non-executive and advisory appointments. Passionate about the role of business and its impact on the wider community, Justin attends regular consultations, events and initiatives, and also contributes editorially via opinion and thought leadership articles.
Justin is also actively involved with charities, particularly those who support underprivileged young people.
